butyl acrylate is a colorless transparent liquid with a special aromatic odor, the chemical formula is C7H12O2, and the molecular weight is 128.17g/mol. Butyl acrylate has a boiling point of 146-148°C and a density of about 0.894 g/cm & sup3;(20°C). Butyl acrylate is insoluble in water, but it is miscible with most organic solvents such as ethanol and ether.
